Literally has the best experience, and would give them 5 stars. They listens well, and executes exactly what I asked for. It was clean and decorated nicely. I wanted bora bora knotless braids that wasn’t waist length. Their price was consistent, and their prices were reasonable. I would suggest to them to use better time management , it took them 8 hours to complete my hair, there was two people doing it, but they never did it at the same time, so it took forever. But my braids are definitely worth it.

I enjoyed my experience at Binta’s, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The prices remained the same no hidden fees. My two braiders did an excellent job. Mama Su was so kind and polite the entire time. I definitely will be coming back to her! -Yaya

Greetings, I was hesitant to book an independent braider so I decided on Binta’s shop last Friday. I arrived a few minutes after open and I was greeted warmly and asked what hairstyle I would like. I was seated immediately and my first braider was sweet. I have a lot of hair and very thick so my blow dry was not enough for them. So I went through the painful blow dry again. Another auntie joined to do my hair and she made the experience less enjoyable by reprimanding me for not holding my head to her liking and making noises at the thickness of my hair. She did take her time doing the back half of my hair though. I was a little disappointed because I had to cross the street to get the remainder of my payment in cash because there are no card readers. The aunties did offer to accept cash app or Zelle but I only had Apple Pay. The ladies work hard so they deserve the cash. All in all, I love my hair. The parts are clean and the length is lovely. Also, they did not braid so tight to the point of headache. I didn’t get their names but thank you ladies at Binta’s!!!
